Elizabeth works in a psychodynamic way with clients, using unconscious processes as well as dream analysis as a tool to interpret unconscious drives, desires and communications. Elizabeth works with clients on understanding how early experience informs their thinking, behaviours, communication style and the ability to attach to others in adult life.

Elizabeth is enthusiastic about supervision working with both trainees and qualified therapist providing the space for exploration and growth.

As a lecturer, there is a clear passion for teaching trainee therapists and helping them develop their individuality. By encouraging students intellectual, emotional and personal growth through a mix of lectures, teaching counselling skills and facilitating group process work.

Elizabeth is also a qualified grief specialist for the last 15 years and runs workshops, short term therapy with individuals and groups.

Elizabeth over the years has developed and hosted many workshops designed to develop client work and continues personal growth. Elizabeth continues to grow and develop her own personal and intellectual knowledge and applies these to the workshops being developed.
